Thread Style |
Thread Size |
Angle (if required) |
Notes: Each thread will have a code letter (refer above). If all of the threads are the same style, only one letter is required (E.G QEBEE0604 can be shortened to QEBE0604). Thread should be in alphabetical order regardless of thread size (E.G QAAB0402 not QABA0204) The thread size is in 1/16" increments ie 1 1/16 is 17, metric sizing is as per L (DIN light) or S(DIN Heavy) ie L10 or S10. As with the thread style letters, you may shorten where all of the threads are the same size. Do not shorten letters for tees where only two of the three threads are similar as this will cause confusion (E.G. QTEEEE020202 can be shortened to QTEE02 but QTEKLL070909 should be shown as such).
